Yummy and yucky is one of my favorite days at preschool!
I asked the children to show me what their face looks like when they taste something yummy and they were all smiles.
Then they showed me what their face looks like when something is yucky.
A lot of tongues sticking out!
We tasted several foods that may have been a little different for them. Each child was given a yummy face sign and a yucky face sign to "vote" after trying each food.

First we tried strawberries. Most everyone liked these.
Next we had raw cauliflower and I was suprised at how many children liked it.
Pickles were next.
They liked peanuts.
Hard boiled eggs were a hit.
Last but not least, we had a chocolate candy bar.
The verdict? Yummy, of course.

Hard boiled eggs were another surprise. They even ate the yolks! (My children never eat the yolks when it is just our family, but its different when you are at preschool with your friends.)

Last but not least, we had a chocolate candy bar.
The verdict? Yummy, of course.
