R is for

I love to show the preschool children things that they may have never seen before and get their reactions.

R is for Record player?!
Here I am trying to explain to them what a record player is and this is one of the records from my childhood.

They were speechless! They didn't even know what to say about a "big cd" spinning to make music. I let them look one at a time when I lifted the needle off of the record.

I forgot to show them that you can listen to both sides. My son was amazed by this. :)

R is also for robots. I love how creative they got with these. Aren't they cute?! (The children.. and the robots)!
