Potato day

P is for potato, too. They got to peel them and help shred the potatoes. They got to taste the raw potato.. if they wanted to.

(Don't worry, I made sure the knife was secure at all times) ;)

Shredding a potato is hard work!

Then the best part we got to try different potatoes!

Baked Potatoes

Mashed Potatoes

Hash Browns

Yum!

Everything tastes good with a little ketchup.

Then I made a chart to see which kind of potato they liked the best.

They got to put their name to their favorite potato and one that they didn't like.

Not too many suprises..

Chips and French fries were the favorites.

Baked and Mashed potatoes the least favorites.
