We had a fun field trip to the NTPS bus barn. Tom Nelson was our guide. First he showed us where the maintenance equipment is kept. We saw the big lawn mowers, trucks and tractors.
Mr. Nelson also showed us this huge bee's nest they found near one of the schools.
Next we went to the service center where we saw the buses being fixed. They were jacked up and we could see underneath them.
Then it was highlight of the visit... a bus ride.
After a ride around town it was time to go home.
Those steps are pretty tall for short legs.

We had a fun field trip. Thank you to the parents who went with us!
