3 little pigs & Pizza

The 3 Little Pigs

We read 4 different versions of the story of the 3 Little Pigs, including watching one of the stories on my Ipod.  We made puppets so the children can play the story at home.  It was nice outside that day, (Yah!)  We encouraged the children to play 3 little pigs with the little house.  We loved hearing them say things like, "Little Pig, Little Pig, let me in" and "Not by the hair of my chinney-chin-chin" and "I'll huff and I'll puff and blow your house down".

We also made cute pigs!

 We made pizzas!  They were given a little bit of dough, rolled it out, & put sauce on it.  We gave them several different toppings to choose from and some cheese to top it off.  We told them they could "snitch" some of their toppings, too.  YUM!
