Our Bodies

We had fun talking about our wonderful bodies. Our bodies can do so many things. We used our bodies to move, dance, and stretch.

During craft time, each child laid on a roll of paper and we traced around them. Then they colored their face and clothes. It was fun to see the kids' reactions to their outlines. They were delighted!

We also talked about keeping our bodies healthy and fighting germs by washing hands after using the bathroom, using tissues to wipes noses (no nose-picking), and covering our mouths with our elbows when we sneeze or cough. Here they are practicing coughing into their elbows. Using elbows keeps germs away from their hands.
